I'd say Eul's Scepter of Divinity is the "most used item under the underused items". That's probably because the stats are quite good and the movement speed is a really nice side effect. It's often a core on some heroes, Rhasta, Zeus or Lion to mention some. Coupled with Boots of Travel, e.g., Lion has 410 MS. This is quite awesome and makes the item very good on him because he often needs to chase/ positionate himself. We normally buy it to disable a hero to get our cooldowns ready again or just to run away. There are some nice strategies coupled with Eul's too.

Euls's Scepter of Divinity counters/ we use it to:

• Cyclone yourself to prevent stuns/ damage, useful against, e.g., Magnus or Earthshaker
• Cyclone an enemy to hit stuns after the effect worn off (Eul's Range is 600), examples would be Leshrac or Lina
• Special mention for Naga Siren: Cyclone an enemy hero in a clash before you use your Ultimate. After the 2.5 seconds in the air you can kill him easily while his mates can't do anything
• Trick for Leshrac: Use Diabolic Edict and cyclone yourself
• Opens a time window for dagger, but you have to be fast (2.5 seconds disabled, 3 seconds dagger cd)
• After being attack with Venom or AA ultimate, after you use Euls's the ultimate will be dissapear

Ghost Form

For 1500 Gold we get 7 Attributes and the Ghost Form ability. So, your first question might be: What is Ghost Form?

It's a quite hard to use ability. Ghost Form makes you fully invulnerable against Physical Attacks. Those are mostly just the normal attacks. But there are also abilities that make physical damage (Slithereen Crush for example, you get stunned but you don't receive any damage). The problem with Ghost Scepter is, that it makes you vulnerable against Magical damage. While in Ghost Form you get 44% extra damage from magical Spells. So using it can be considered as a mastery because it's quite hard to. Normally we use the Ghost Form ability for escaping and mind-gaming Enemies (you see an ursa with Blink Dagger, he blinks in and you instantly use Ghost Scepter). It's also quite useful to get cooldowns ready in unusual situations.

Ghost Scepter counters/ we use it to:

• Any carry who relies on Normal Attacks (Ursa, Phantom Assasin, Stealth Assasin.. etc.).
• Buy it on any squishy hero with practically low cooldowns, such as Zeus.
• You can use Orbwalking spells (Viper, Traxex, Huskar) while ethereal, very useful for                          tower diving.
• Special mention for Tauren Chieftain: You can trick some people by thinking that you are  your spirit (they will stay away from you then, obviously), try it!
• Counter for Yurnero, Bladefury and Omnislash won't work, but he still bounces on you
• Counter for Venomancer, Ultimate & passive dot by Poison Sting get denied (but not     Venomous Gale), you have to use Ghost Scepter after you have the ultimate dot on you.
• Counter for Witch Doctor's ultimate, the attacks are physical, also Rhasta's ultimate.
• Counter for Krobelus, her ultimate makes no damage to ethereal units.
• Special mention against Axe: Culling Blade does not apply 'killing blow', means if you are under 300/450/625 HP, it doesn't kill you, but you still get the normal (magical) damage by Culling Blade plus the 44% extra percent (end damage is quite low for an ultimate, so it's useful).
• Quite useful for towerdiving (of course you don't get damaged by the towers in ghost form).
• Opens a time window for dagger (4seconds- 3 seconds daggerdisable).
• The fountain's attack doesn't work on you while in Ghost Form.
• You can't get magic immune or use Town Portals in ethereal form, the effect ends then.
• While ethereal you can't use and get targetted by the following spells: Meat Hook, Soul Rip, Hookshot, Suicide Squad, Attack!, Ensnare.
